Good questions

What can I bring in to be engraved?

Metal, powder-coated, wood and genuine leather items with a flat or gently curved face — tumblers (one side), flasks, knives, hand tools, lighters and tags — up to about 8.5 × 8.5 inches of engraving area. Most bring-your-own items are $20, or $15 each when you bring 5 or more. We can't engrave glass, ceramic mugs, clear acrylic, or PVC and vinyl plastics.

Will the engraving wear off?

No. It's burned into the material rather than printed on top, so it won't peel, fade or wash away.

Do I see a proof first?

Always. We send a digital preview showing size and placement, and nothing is engraved until you approve it.

How long does it take?

Most orders take 3–5 business days. Need it sooner? Ask and we'll do our best.

How do I pay?

Send your order request and we'll confirm the details and total. You can pay by e-transfer or when you pick up.

Can you personalize 3D-printed toys?

Yes. We print our own toy designs in the colours you pick, then add a name, either printed right into the toy or laser-engraved afterwards. Perfect for birthdays, stocking stuffers and party favours. Toys have small parts and aren't meant for children under 3.

What is DTF shirt printing?

DTF (direct-to-film) prints your design in full colour onto a special film, then we heat-press it onto the garment. It works on cotton, polyester, blends, canvas and denim, on light or dark colours, so we can do shirts, hoodies, jackets, aprons, bags, pillow covers and more. There is no minimum: one piece is a real order. Wash inside out in cold water and it lasts.

Can you print any design on a shirt?

We print your own artwork, logos you own, names, numbers, photos and text. We can't print sports team logos, brands or characters you don't have the rights to. Send a high-resolution PNG (300 dpi at print size) or a vector file and we'll check it before printing.

What file should I send for a logo?

Vector files (SVG, PDF, AI) are ideal. A high-resolution PNG works too, and we can clean up most logos for you.
